Living with chronic pain is a challenge that many people experience at some point in their lives. Sometimes, this chronic pain gets in the way of living a fulfilling life. In this group based on principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we will explore how to lead a more fulfilling life with chronic pain.
