What does it actually mean to cultivate ones wisdom in life? What does it mean to "harvest our insights", based on our many years of experience and reflecting on our lives?

For over four years, I have been leading such groups online around the world and I would like to initiate such a group here in Israel in early 2025! By means of explorative group reflection to a wide range of "off the beaten track" topics and questions, we will challenge, empower and deepen the growth of our wisdom and purpose in our "second half of life".

It is our natural curiosity, capacity for reflection and authentic yearning for deeper conversation and meaning that are the drivers and "key success factors" in this approach. Wisdom in later life is not a destination but a continuous unfolding of "work in progress".  In this workshop we will apply an open mind, passion for listening to others and to ourselves and explore each and every session, what it means to be alive, learning and growing into the experience and insights of our lives.

Each 2 hour session on Zoom will be crafted to be energetic, inspiring and thought-provoking, and will include:

• Diverse video clips to spark new perspectives



• Journaling exercises to deepen self-reflection



• Dyads and triads for powerful, intimate exchanges



• Group harvesting to synthesize collective wisdom
