DESCRIPTION

Some people struggle to tolerate day-to-day stress and control strong emotions.  As a result, they may feel out of control in their lives, and may also have difficulty maintaining fulfilling relationships.  This group, based on the foundations of dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), focuses on four sets of skills—mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness—that can enhance your lives and relationships.  

Please fill out the following questionnaire.  The group facilitator will then contact you to determine whether the group is right for you.

Date: The group will commence on Mondays from 18:00-19:00.  The group will begin on Monday July 19th and will run for 4 weeks.  If you missed this start date, you may fill out the form to join the next module.  

Number of Sessions: 4 session commitment is required, with the option of continuing after 4 sessions.
