Successful Consultation Calls, Using the DiSC® Model
In this part of the workshop, attendees will enhance their self-awareness by identifying their behavioral style, including its strengths and challenges, using the DiSC® model. Additionally, they will learn practical strategies for recognizing a potential client’s style from their initial email, text, or call. By understanding these cues, participants will develop the skills to adapt their approach, increasing their ability to convert leads into clients effectively.
DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve communication in our work environments. The DiSC® model provides a common language people can use to better understand themselves and those they interact with—and then use this knowledge to build and enhance relationships.
