Do I have to be in crisis to start therapy?
No. Many of my clients reach out because they feel stuck, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying too much on their own. You don’t have to wait until things fall apart to get support.

Why does this life transition feel harder than I expected?
Major life changes often affect more than our circumstances; they can challenge our sense of identity, security, and direction. Often it comes with a sense of grief over real and imagined losses. Therapy can help you navigate change to find meaning and purpose again.

Is it possible to feel better after years of suffering?
Yes. Very possible. However, without treatment, the road can be much longer. It's best to seek treatment as soon as possible.

Why am I struggling when I’ve always been able to handle everything myself?
Being the strong one can be exhausting. If you’ve spent years taking care of others, managing responsibilities, or pushing through difficult situations, you may find that eventually something has to give.

Am I weak for seeking treatment?
The opposite is true; it's a great strength to be able to reach out for help. Everyone has ups and downs in life, and it is a strength to know your limits and when to get support. We don't need to be alone.
