Women
The DBT Skills Group for Women is a group geared for women who want to improve their emotion regulation skills. The group contrains four modules including distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and mindfulness. New members can join in between each module. The group meets online on Wednesday nights from 10:00pm - 11:15pm. Please note, we have another group that runs on Wednesday evenings from 6:00pm -7:15 pm if this time is more suitable for you.
The cost of the group is $125 per session. A sliding scale may be available.
