The Life Skills and Relationship Dynamics Group is designed to help you realistically perceive, navigate, and improve your social interactions. In addition, to hone skills that can be used in everyday life. These capabilities will enable you to become more in control over things that might precipitate old behaviors by improving coping skills and knowing how to enhance relationships.
