Attachment-Focused 4-Part Workshop Series for Single Women

START DATE: 19-Oct-2025

END DATE: 09-Nov-2025

    Location
  • Jerusalem, King David 19

POPULATION

Single women

DESCRIPTION

Our attachment style shapes the way we love, connect, and protect ourselves in relationships. The painful patterns we repeat, the push-pull dynamics we can’t quite escape, the anxiety or disconnection that shows up in dating, are often rooted in attachment wounds that formed long before adulthood.

This 4-part group workshop offers single women a supportive, therapeutic space to explore how attachment dynamics impact self-worth, communication, and the search for meaningful connection during their dating process. Through guided exploration, psychoeducation, and experiential work, you’ll gain deeper insight into your own attachment patterns and learn practical tools for building more secure, fulfilling relationships so you can date with confidence and build healthy relationships.

Whether you’re struggling with anxious thoughts in dating, recurring relationship disappointments, or a sense of being “too much” or “not enough,” this group is a place to begin healing.

In this group, you will:

  • Understand your attachment style and how it shows up in relationships
  • Explore how early attachment wounds influence your sense of self and self-esteem
  • Connect with the wounded child part that may still be driving your adult relational patterns
  • Identify protective strategies you’ve developed to avoid past hurts and whether they’re still serving you
  • Learn tools for healthier communication and boundaries
  • Practice effective assertiveness strategies in a safe, supportive environment
  • Gain awareness of unconscious patterns that impact your dating life
  • Build emotional regulation skills that support more secure connection
  • Feel seen and supported by others navigating similar relational challenges

This group is limited to 10 participants to allow for depth, safety, and individual attention. A minimum of 6 participants is required to begin.

Dates & Times: Sundays: October 19, 26, November 2, 9.  13:00-14:30

About the Facilitator: Tanya Prochko, MEd, MFT is a psychotherapist in private practice in Jerusalem, with over 20 years of experience specializing in attachment, relational dynamics, and emotional healing. She has supported countless women in breaking generational patterns, healing early attachment wounds, and building more secure, fulfilling relationships.

Tanya is deeply passionate about this work, particularly in light of how many in our generation were raised by parents who had limited access to mental health support, whether due to inherited trauma, such as the Holocaust, or a broader cultural lack of awareness around emotional well-being. She brings a compassionate, attuned approach to helping clients navigate these complex layers and reconnect with their most authentic selves.

Contact Tanya for more information and for a brief interview to determine whether this group is right for you.
