I am trained in different forms of psychotherapy, ranging from brief therapy for focal problems, to long term therapies for people who are suffering from long-standing difficulties that have prevented them from achieving what they want in life. I work with adults, adolescents and children experiencing various types of difficulties and challenges. Some of the most common issues are depression, anxiety, difficulties in relationships and major life transitions. My many years of experience as an educator give me unique insight into the challenges faced by students of all ages coping with academic problems or anxiety from academic pressures. I also have expertise helping educators deal with the challenges unique to their profession.
