As a clinical social worker, my goal is to create a warm and safe space where my clients feel welcomed, respected, and heard. In therapy we will work together to create a treatment plan that is tailored to your strengths, challenges, and lifestyle. I am a strong believer in a humanistic approach to therapy, which means that I believe each person is unique and has the potential to grow. I also believe that while I bring the expertise of my experience and training to therapy, you are the expert on your own life. That's why I value collaboration and working together to meet your individual needs.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, providing a solution-oriented approach within a comfortable enviroment. In therapy we'll focus on setting goals and developing healthy coping strategies by using an integrative approach and a variety of theraputic modalities, such as Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, and Trauma-Informed Care.
I have six years of experience treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, poor self-image, emotional regulation, and other life stressors.
I look forward to hearing from you!
