ABOUT

I truly believe in the power of each person to come to a sense of wholeness that allows him to choose to live a life of meaning. Therapy is a special, collaborative process that helps someone who is struggling. It’s about looking inward in order to be able to expand outward in a conscious way. Therapy ultimately opens the capacity for honest, authentic, intentional living.

I have experience with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, life adjustments, relationship challenges, trauma, identity and self-esteem. I work from a psychoanalytic perspective, to gain deep awareness and insight, and incorporate eclectic components of mindfulness, DBT, ACT, CBT and experiential modalities. My approach is strongly informed by an attachment based theory as well as a strength-focus, and I lean heavily towards the existential. The work is done gently, compassionately and safely.

I feel honored to be a part of this journey towards uncovering the keys within that enable greater fulfillment and satisfaction in life.
