I am a Licensed Educational Psychologist and ADHD Coach. I help clients develop strategies to improve daily functioning at home and at work. This includes time and task management and emotional regulation. I provide parents with practical strategies for building routines and improving communication while also addressing the stress that often comes with raising a child with ADHD.
I use a psycho educational approach - I help my clients shift perspective about ADHD, help them create a new mindset and build sustainable habits. By shifting perspective and practicing consistency, they develop the tools to guide stronger self-discipline, resilience, and independence.

BehaviorismBehaviorism is an approach to psychology that emphasizes the role of the environment in shaping behavior. It is based on the assumption that behavior is determined by environmental influences, such as reinforcements and punishments, rather than by internal influences, such as thoughts and feelings.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on how one's thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected and can be changed. It is based on the idea that how we think (cognition) and how we feel (emotion) can influence how we behave. CBT helps people identify and challenge distorted thinking and replace it with more balanced thinking, leading to improved mood and behavior. ‘Homework’, usually containing practical writing exercises, is often completed by the client between sessions to reinforce the therapy. Examples of tools that practitioners often use are journaling, challenging beliefs, and mindfulness.
Emotional Freedom TechniqueEmotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative therapy for emotional and physical distress. It is based on the idea that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, in which a combination of physical tapping and verbal affirmations are used to help the body release the emotional and physical distress.
