I’m a relational psychotherapist supporting adults who feel trapped or overwhelmed by emotions or patterns that seem to take over their inner world. You might find yourself flooded, shut down, on edge, or stuck in the same painful thoughts and reactions that hold you back in your life and relationships.
In our work together, we’ll slow things down and create space so you can begin to understand what’s happening underneath the surface. Within a warm, accepting therapeutic relationship, you can start to meet yourself where you are, feel steadier on the inside, and find the bravery to make meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is relational and trauma-informed. We’ll pay attention not only to what you’re thinking and feeling, but also to what your body is holding, and what happens between us as we work together. When you’re met with warmth, steadiness, and real understanding, it becomes easier to feel safe enough to soften, get curious, and respond differently. Over time, therapy becomes a place where you can practice being more fully yourself with another person, with more trust, safety, and freedom, which you can bring with you into your life.
For those drawn to creative exploration, we have the option to integrate art and expressive techniques alongside psychotherapy. For those processing traumatic experiences, I use EMDR and somatic techniques.
Trauma and the ways it keeps showing up -Maybe something happened to you, or maybe it was experiences of feeling unsafe, unseen, or alone. Now your body reacts before you even have time to think. You might feel numb, on edge, or like you’re not fully “here” in your own life. I help people work through single-event trauma, attachment trauma, and sexual trauma, so your body can finally exhale, and you can come back into your life.
Life transitions, identity, and self-worth - When you’re navigating change, relocation, relationship shifts, or a deeper question of who you are. This can bring up feelings of not “being enough” or feeling like you’re failing. These periods are hard to navigate, especially alone. We can work together to make sense of what’s been stirred up, strengthen your self-trust, and feel more authentic and confident.
My role as a therapist is to offer a grounded, attuned space where you can safely explore what’s happening within you. I hold the emotional room so you can feel steadier and more able to meet the challenges in your life. Together, we make sense of your experiences and create space for new ways of feeling and relating to take shape.
I offer both in-person sessions in Tel Aviv and online - Originally from New Zealand, I am a native English speaker, which allows you to express yourself fully in your mother tongue.

Art TherapyArt therapy has clients express themselves through creative mediums such as drawing, painting, collage, coloring, or sculpting. Clients can interpret their subconscious world that is expressed in their art which could lead to a better understanding of their feelings and behavior. Artistic talent is not a prerequisite for art therapy as it’s not as much about the end result as much as it is about the process. The therapist looks for meaning in the creative choices of the work and the clients’ inner world. This therapeutic method enables clients to express their inner thoughts and feelings through creative expression rather than just talking about them.
Body-Mind PsychotherapyBody-mind psychotherapy is an integrative approach to psychological treatment that draws from both psychotherapeutic and somatic/body-based approaches. It emphasizes the interconnection between physical, emotional, cognitive and spiritual aspects of being. This approach seeks to help individuals explore how physical sensations, emotions, thoughts and beliefs influence their behavior and well-being. Through this exploration, individuals can gain insight into how the body and mind interact to create patterns of behavior, and how those patterns can be changed to promote healing and wellness.
Emotional Freedom TechniqueEmotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative therapy for emotional and physical distress. It is based on the idea that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, in which a combination of physical tapping and verbal affirmations are used to help the body release the emotional and physical distress.
Relational PsychotherapyRelational psychotherapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on a person’s relationships with others and the dynamics between them. It emphasizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship between the client and the therapist, and it explores the meaning and purpose of relationships in the client’s life. Relational psychotherapy seeks to understand how the client’s past relationships shape their current experiences and how the client interacts with others. The goal is to help the person develop healthier relationships and better communication skills so they can become more emotionally connected to others.
