Coaching overstretched neurodivergent adults and teens to move past overwhelm and chaos, to work WITH their ADHD and Jewish lifestyle so that they can build an easier, happier, more sustainable life - one that feels fulfilling, not just full.
My approach is grounded in real life experience, practical strategies, and deep respect for the strengths that come with neurodivergence. Thriving with ADHD is not about fixing anything, it is about understanding what your brain needs in order to move from intention to action. But managing ADHD is only the starting point.
Once you feel capable and function with more flow, you finally have the mental capacity to focus on what makes you come alive - using your natural talents and the skills in meaningful ways. The world does not need you to become better at being "normal". It needs the fully alive, authentic version of you who has stopped fighting your wiring and started leveraging it instead. My role is to help you get there with practical tools, steady support, and a compassionate appreciation for the way your mind works.
What you can expect:
- A calm, focused, non-judgmental space where you can finally make peace with your ADHD brain. I show you how to explore, experiment with and discover what actually works for you and your life.
- Expert ADHD-friendly support. Powerful frameworks. Honest feedback. And someone in your corner helping you troubleshoot when things don't go as planned.
Everything we do is grounded in who you are, how your mind functions, and what you want your days to be like. Together we work towards your transformation - I offer the tools and support; you bring the action.
Through weekly one on one coaching sessions on Zoom or in person, you will implement practical strategies, track your progress through a private coaching portal, and have access to daily support when you need it most.
This work is not about trying harder or forcing yourself into someone else’s mold. It is about discovering what you really want, recognizing what you are already good at, and learning how to build a life that flows from those strengths.
When you stop fighting your wiring and start understanding it, progress begins to feel natural instead of exhausting, and meaningful, lasting change becomes possible.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on how one's thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected and can be changed. It is based on the idea that how we think (cognition) and how we feel (emotion) can influence how we behave. CBT helps people identify and challenge distorted thinking and replace it with more balanced thinking, leading to improved mood and behavior. ‘Homework’, usually containing practical writing exercises, is often completed by the client between sessions to reinforce the therapy. Examples of tools that practitioners often use are journaling, challenging beliefs, and mindfulness.
Emotional Freedom TechniqueEmotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative therapy for emotional and physical distress. It is based on the idea that the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system. EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, in which a combination of physical tapping and verbal affirmations are used to help the body release the emotional and physical distress.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)NLP is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy that focuses on understanding how people think, communicate and interact. It was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s. NLP looks at how people use language, their body language and other non-verbal communication to understand their inner experiences. It uses techniques such as modeling, reframing, and anchoring to help people change their behavior and beliefs. Its goal is to help people understand how they think and take control of their own behavior and thoughts. NLP is based on the belief that the way we think affects how we feel and how we act. It points out that each person operates within their own subjective reality rather than from a place of objectivity. Proponents of NLP believe everyone’s perception of the world is distorted, limited, and unique. A therapist who practices NLP explores how a person in treatment perceives their reality and the effect this perception may have on that person’s thoughts and behavior. The therapist can then help them find and strengthen the skills that serve them best and assist them in developing new ways to replace ones that have shown to be unproductive or harmful.
