It's Really Not Simple to Discover Childhood Trauma

It makes complete sense why it is so hard to see the root of the problem. When you survive childhood trauma, you get so used to carrying the blame and minimizing your own pain. It becomes second nature to protect others by taking responsibility for what went wrong, leaving the real impact of the trauma hidden in the background. What do you think makes discovering childhood trauma challenging?
