Individualized Outpatient Program (IOP)

At Genesis Israel, there are no predefined tracks or set schedules, every client receives personalized treatment based on a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach utilizing research-validated outcome measures, including 12 steps. Our unique model of care is designed around developing a vibrant and sustained lifetime recovery.

Residential Program Integrative Housing and Residential Facility

The Genesis residential facility is designed to complement our multidisciplinary and comprehensive care approach. With modern architecture and amenities, and located in the historic and beautiful Nachlaot neighborhood of Jerusalem, and just steps away from the Genesis Individualized Outpatient Clinic, our residence offers a safe, structured, healing environment that supports clients at every juncture of their journey to recovery.

Gap Year Support Program

Genesis Gap Year Support is a carefully designed, and discreet, substance use prevention program, supporting yeshiva and seminary students who would benefit from a non-treatment substance use intervention. Helping students explore healthier coping skills, effective ways of managing emotional triggers, and learn valuable executive and life skills, the program provides a firm foundation of psycho-education, accountability, personal skill development, mindfulness practice, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance. The program has both individual and group interaction and is designed to work in collaboration with outside individual psychotherapy.

The Jerusalem Model

Genesis Israel leverages the efficacy and efficiency of pairing a multidisciplinary clinical outpatient treatment program with an exquisitely designed and operated residential care component, to provide a uniquely comprehensive and adaptable Jewish treatment program for substance use and co-occuring or related disorders. Through this collaborative innovation Genesis is able to provide personalized and specialized treatment across the continuum of care for a fraction of the cost of comparable high level treatment. We are proud to call Jerusalem home and have named our unique and innovative approach The Jerusalem Model.

Whole-Person Integrative Care Model

Genesis Israel offers comprehensive and holistic treatment for the sort of mental health and addictive disorders that come along with substance use and other compulsive behaviors. Our whole person care approach includes psychiatry, natural medicine, psychotherapy, systems therapy, nutrition, executive coaching, lifeskills and fitness, integral components of a collaborative treatment approach designed to address the unique needs of each individual. Trauma Integration Trauma integration forms the foundation of our clinical approach addressing the clients symptoms and their root cause. Group and individual sessions, are informed by our staff expertise in CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR, EFT, SE, talk-therapy, and 12 step facilitation.
