Religious Men
The DBT Skills Group for Men is group geared towards men who want to improve their emotion regulation skills. The group contains four modules including distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and mindfulness. New members can join in between each module. The group meets online on Wednesday nights from 8:45pm - 9:45pm. If you are interested in our other groups, please reach out for further information. We have new groups starting frequently.
