DBT Skills for Real Life Change

Build emotional resilience and gain practical tools in a supportive and focused enviornment. These clear and concise DBT skills will help you manage emotions, improve relationships, build stress tolerance and increase mindfulness.

DBT skills encompass four different, yet overlapping topics: Emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness. Together we will explore each topic and learn practical skills to incorporate into your daily lives. It will help you manage emotions in a way that's effective for yourself and your relationships, better tolerate stressful situations, increase your mindfulness and improve interpersonal relationships.

The course costs 350 shekel for the 4 part series. Each class will be one hour long.
