I have been working with teens and adults in search of healing and development for nearly a decade. Trained in a number of different therapeutic approaches including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Experience, I offer each individual client tools that are uniquely tailored to their needs.
My approach is collaborative; together we will identify your goals and the changes you want to make. We will explore the areas where you feel stuck and work through obstacles that are blocking you from realizing your potential. In therapy we’ll use dialogue, reflection, and insight to identify and understand your emotional, behavioral, and cognitive patterns so that you are better equipped to navigate your relationships and manage your emotions. When you graduate from therapy you’ll have developed a more integrated sense of self and have gained life-long skills to successfully manage future challenges.
