I empower people to live healthy, fulfilling lives with purpose, passion and presence by integrating nutrition, exercise and mindset.
Using a unique approach of coaching and confidence building through movement I offer tennis, hiking and/or yoga. I take clients on hikes or nature walks and incorporate yoga stretches to help align mind body and soul.
In addition to sports and movement, I also offer more traditional coaching with guided meditations, visualizations, breathing and mindfulness techniques. Incorporating these into sessions provides powerful tools for reducing stress and anxiety and allows clients to find more joy, balance and self-love in their life.
I also offer coaching workshops, team building and professional group coaching.
