I am an experienced therapist offering private psychological therapies in person at my clinic in Tel Aviv and also via Skype. I have a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of London and, as well as working privately, I have also worked within the UK's NHS for over a decade.
In the UK I am fully registered as a practitioner psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (www.hcpc-uk.org). In Israel I practice as a Psychotherapist.
I provide a professional and effective therapy service for anyone experiencing mental health problems or other psychological, emotional, behavioural or relationship issues.
I use a range of therapeutic approaches, and will agree with you the one that is most suited to you and the issues that you would like to work on.
My primary approaches are Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), and Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Between them, they have an excellent evidence base for their effectiveness for a very wide range of difficulties.
