My therapeutic approach employs creativity and play as tools for empowerment and change, striving for a healthier, more fulfilling and happier living. I have many years’ experience working with individuals and groups of various ages in Expressive Art therapy, Therapeutic Jungian Sandplay and Phototherapy, teaching and supervising students and therapists.
My therapeutic method is adapted to each client’s needs and integrates various therapeutic tools and modalities that facilitate personal development and growth, assists in dealing with changes, crisis, traumas, communication difficulties, life stages and life passages. Creating from the inner world with art materials and sandplay enables an encounter with the Creative Self, which is often pre-verbal and assists in expressing what is often beyond words. Creativity allows the client to deal with their difficulties from a place of empowerment and ability.
