ABOUT THE THERAPIST

I am passionate about helping individuals cultivate lives filled with serenity, joy, and meaning. In my clinical practice, I support clients navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship difficulties, family-of-origin issues, and eating disorders.

Drawing from a diverse array of therapeutic modalities—such as psychotherapy, family systems, cognitive therapies, guided imagery, internal family systems (IFS), somatic experiencing, inner child work, and relational therapy—I tailor treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. I am also trained in family-based treatment (FBT) and cognitive behavioral therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), two evidence-based approaches with strong outcomes for treating eating disorders.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and a Master’s degree in clinical counseling from Bellevue University. I also completed specialized training in family and couples therapy at the Institute of Neve Yerushalayim, where I went on to complete a year-long advanced trauma training program.

My professional background includes several years working at Ohr Chana High School, where I supported teens as a teacher. In addition, I have years of experience working as a therapist in Israel with families, couples, and children, providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care across the lifespan. Today, I continue this work, supporting clients through a wide range of personal and relational challenges.

I consider it a deep privilege to walk alongside my clients on their journeys toward healing and growth. Whether someone is facing a specific difficulty or seeking greater clarity and peace, I offer compassionate, individualized support every step of the way.

I offer therapeutic services in Hebrew, English and French.
