Acknowledging the impact of traumatic events on our lives is an important first step towards healing. Naturally, these challenging and painful experiences can weigh heavily on our minds, affecting our health and ability to move forward. By providing a respectful listening presence and Somatic Experiencing, I will endeavor to support your journey towards wholeness, greater resilience and a strengthened ability to face life's challenges.

As a dancer and Expressive Arts Therapist, my training has made me acutely aware of the interconnectedness of emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. My experiences have led me to an understanding that we are created with an inborn capacity for healing. Through embodiment practices and mindfulness tools we can access your inner resources and facilitate a deeper connection between body and mind.

Additionally, I offer dance/movement therapy for individuals and groups, drawing on dance as a healing art. My clinical experience includes working with children, parents and elderly. I have worked in "Sal Shikum" (Ministry of Health) and facilitated movement therapy groups in Be'er Yaakov, a psychiatric hospital, and a centre for women dealing with cancer.
