I see therapy as an opportunity to understand the experiences and patterns that have shaped us and to develop new ways of relating to ourselves, our relationships, and the world around us.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, family dynamics, loneliness, life transitions, everyday stress, and questions around identity, direction, and independence. I have particular experience working with teens and young adults as they navigate changing relationships, increased independence, academic and social pressures, and major transitions. I also have experience supporting young women during their year in Israel. My training includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral approaches, and somatic work, which I integrate based on each client's individual needs.

My role is to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and fully yourself while we work together to explore what is happening beneath the surface. While we don't get to choose every circumstance that shapes our lives, we can develop greater freedom in how we respond and how we choose to move forward. I believe people are capable of profound growth and change, and therapy can help us reconnect with our strengths, restore trust in ourselves, and create more choice in how we live and relate to the world around us.
