I integrate multiple therapeutic approaches: Solution-Focused Strength-Based Therapy (SFT), CBT, Mindfulness, Psychodynamic Therapy, Sandtray Therapy and Brainspotting Therapy) according to what works best for a particular person and her unique needs.

I specialize in working with women with ADHD (especially once who have never been diagnosed in their childhood), and have facilitated several groups for them. Giving women with ADHD a place to learn and express their very real challenges, and gain the tools for living the life of their (sometimes buried ) dreams.

I am a very tuned in and a deeply caring therapist, which allows me to inspire a warm accepting environment, making clients feel safe and trusting.

I am a multi lingual psychotherapist with experience working in Hebrew, Yiddish, English which affords me a comfort level working with a broad range of clients from varied cultural background and all walks of life.

I worked for Nitza Israel center for maternal health. I feel very passionate about helping women struggling with a variety of peri natal challenges (pre/post partum anxiety and depression, HG pregnancy and recovery, fertility struggles, difficult births)
