My Approach to Helping

Meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship—a space where you can feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted, and where there is room to slow down and explore what is happening beneath the surface.

I work with clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and of the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped the struggles they face today.

At the same time, effective therapy cannot just end with insight. My approach is both relational and practical. I have extensive training in approaches that help people identify and change deeply rooted emotional and relational patterns, and I work collaboratively with clients to translate what we discover in therapy into meaningful changes in their everyday lives.

Depending on what a client needs, our work may involve learning concrete tools, practicing new ways of responding to difficult emotions or relationships, setting goals, and creating accountability for following through on those changes. My aim is to provide both the depth and safety needed for meaningful inner work and the structure and practical support needed to create real, lasting change.
