Hello! I'm Ashira. I'm a proud mother to three exceptional young adults, 2 who served in the IDF, — my greatest accomplishments.

​I am a Certified Graphologist (Handwriting Analyst), Executive Coach, Brainspotting Practitioner, and Consultant. I am passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential.  What I do stems from a deep desire to help humans succeed. This means it's a necessity to understand people in a more profound and creative way. My expertise extends to human behavior through my studies under renowned graphologists like Roger Rubin, Dafna Yalon, Barbara Weaver, Sheila Lowe, Michal Naftali, and psychotherapists like David Grand and Cynthia Schwartzberg.

I have a toolbox of proven techniques that can reignite the spark in you to get you to the top of your game. From shifting perspectives to facing challenges head-on, providing unwavering support, mastering your breath, to letting go of unwanted baggage — all of these can rapidly supercharge your journey. At its core, performance coaching is about optimizing your energy. It's about discovering how to harness your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy to boost your endurance and effectiveness.

I believe in your brain's capacity to heal. Brainspotting is a brain-based therapy based on the hypothesis that specific eye positions designated as “brainspots” activate and access specific areas of the subcortical brain that allow for the reprocessing and releasing of core neurophysiological reactions to trauma-related and other psychological experiences.

I have completed Brainspotting training Phase 1, 2, 3 Masterclass, parts, perinatal trauma, and catastrophic trauma. As a Certified Brainspotting Consultant, have assisted in many trainings, including assisting David Grand on Phase 1 and 2 trainings for the Orthodox Jewish Community and for trauma therapists in Israel post-October 7th.
