ADHD Coach, Life Coach

ABOUT

I am a Clinical Social Worker and ADHD Coach working with teens, adults, and parents. As a Professional Certified Coach I abide by all the ethics and regulations of the International Coach Federation: ICF (www.coachfederation.org). My coaching approach is holistic and together with my clients we identify the areas of their lives where there are strengths to use and where challenges such as organization, time management, communication, emotional regulation, and prioritizing interfere with daily living. I use Mindfulness practices along with Cognitive Behavioral practices to help my clients to lead calmer, more centered and organized lives. We work in all areas of the clients lives, home life, work, and social. We have weekly meetings either in person, on Skype, or by phone, and have text check-ins in between sessions. I enjoy supporting and encouraging my clients to find their own unique way in the world.
